In April 2026, the following works were completed at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Facade installation – 55%
• Terrace works on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors: waterproofing, insulation, and screed – 15%
• Finishing of common areas according to the design project (3rd floor) – 5%
• Installation of apartment entrance doors on the 3rd floor (show unit) – 75%
• Insulation and reinforcement of ventilation shafts (roof level) – 55%
• Brickwork of the stylobate part – 85%

Section 2:

• Facade installation – 55%
• Terrace works: waterproofing, insulation, and screed – 75%
• Brickwork of the stylobate part – 85%
• Insulation of ventilation shafts (roof level) – 85%

Section 3:

• Facade installation – 45%
• Insulation of ventilation shafts (roof level) – 85%

Section 4:

Section 5:

Parking:

• Installation of K1/K2 systems (stormwater and sewage) – 60%
• Brickwork of walls and partitions – 80%
• Brickwork of the stylobate part (lobby exit) – 52%
