Club house OLEGIV Podil from the company DIM is under construction. Monolithic works on the construction of the house are actively underway.

We share the latest news from the construction site for August:

Section 1:

• Reinforcement of concrete slab - 95%
• Concreting reinforcement of vertical structures - 15%
• Section 3:
• Concrete reinforcement of the power supply channel in the underground part - 100%
• Reinforcement of concreting of power pile - 75%

Section 4:

• Concrete reinforcement of the power supply channel in the underground part - 100%

Section 5:

• Backfilling, compaction of the soil, preparation of the area of the section for the installation of the foundations of the grid - 100%
• Concreting reinforcement of the channel in the underground part - 75%
• Concreting reinforcement of strip grating - 25%
• Grill waterproofing - 10%

Parking:

• Concreting reinforcement of the channel in the underground part - 75%
• Preparation of the area of the section for the installation of foundations - 50%
