Construction progress for August 2025

In August 2025, the following works were carried out at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Laying of cement-sand screed from the 2nd to the 8th floor - 100%
• Facade installation - 10%
• Sound insulation, floor installation in apartments, waterproofing in bathrooms and balconies, as well as preparation for laying cement screed from the 2nd to the 8th floor - 100%
• Installation of internal engineering systems for floor heating/water supply, electrical supply of low-current networks in apartments and common areas from the 2nd to the 8th floor - 100%
• Installation of ventilation shafts (covers) - 100%
• Installation of elevator equipment - 20%

Section 2:

• Masonry of external and internal partition walls: 4, 6-8 floors - 100%
• Window installation: 1st floor - 95%, 2nd and 4th floors - 100%
• Installation of water supply risers - 20%
• Installation of ventilation shafts (covers) - 100%
• Foundation construction on the existing roof

Section 3:

• Foundation construction on the existing roof
• Installation of ventilation shafts (covers) - 100%
• Facade installation - 10%
• Installation of heating risers for stairwells - 100%

Section 4:

• Masonry of external and internal partition walls: 2nd floor - 100%
• Sound insulation, floor installation in apartments, waterproofing in bathrooms and balconies, as well as preparation for laying cement screed - 90%
• Installation of water supply risers - 75%
• Installation of ventilation shafts (covers) - 100%
• Foundation construction on the existing roof
• Installation of internal engineering networks for electrical heating in apartments and common areas - 20%
• Installation of internal engineering networks for water supply, sewage, and storm drainage - 20%

Section 5:
