Construction progress for December 2023

OLEGIV Podil by DIM is under active construction.

In December, the following works were performed at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 75%

Section 3:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 90%

Section 4:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 90% (lower part)
• Reinforcement of concreting of the floor slab of the lower part of the building -4.950 – 28%

Parking I zone:

• Backfilling, soil compaction, preparation of the area of the section for the installation of the power plate - 80%
• Reinforcement of concreting pits in the underground part - 100%
• Reinforcement of concreting of the power plate - 75%
• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to - 20% (lower part)

Parking II zone:

• Concreting reinforcement of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 75% (lower part)
• Reinforcement of concreting of the floor slab of the lower part of the building -4.950 – 25%
