In December 2024, the following work was completed at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Installation of ventilation units and structures – 100%
• Reinforcement of parapet concreting on roofs at elevations +25.895 and 27.500 – 100%
• Masonry of external and internal walls of partitions from 5th to 8th floors – 50%

Section 2:

• Installation of ventilation units and structures – 100%
• Reinforcement of parapet concreting on roofs at elevations +25.895 and 27.500 – 100%

Section 3:

• Installation of ventilation units and structures – 100%
• Reinforcement of parapet concreting on roofs at elevations +25.895 and 27.500 – 100%
• Masonry of external and internal walls of partitions from 5th to 8th floors – 50%

Section 4:

• Installation of ventilation units and structures – 100%
• Reinforcement of concreting of structures, floor slabs on the 8th floor and elevator shaft, stairwell – 100%
• Reinforcement of parapet concreting on roofs at elevations +25.895 and 27.500 – 100%
• Masonry of external and internal walls from the 2nd to the 3rd floor – 50%

Section 5:

• Installation of ventilation units and structures – 100%
• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures, 8th floor floor slab and elevator shaft, stairwell – 100%
• Reinforcement of parapet concreting on roofs at elevations +25.895 and 27.500 – 100%
• Masonry of external and internal walls from 1st to 3rd floor – 50%
