Construction progress for February 2026

In February 2026, the following works were carried out at the construction site:

• Arrangement of NWF facade (insulation of walls, manufacture and installation of AKP slopes)
• Arrangement of systems B1 and K1 of the parking lot
• Arrangement of waterproofing for ventilation shaft covers
• Equipment of the gas boiler room (equipment installation)
• Brickwork of the parking lot
• Furnishing of elevator shafts

Due to severe weather conditions in February and electricity problems, in order to maintain the quality of construction work and the health of workers, the construction pace was reduced. Starting from March, we are returning to the planned schedule, ensuring the highest quality of work done.
