Construction progress for Jenuary 2024

OLEGIV Podil by DIM is under active construction.

In January, the following works were performed at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 80%

Section 2:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 80%

Section 3:

• Concreting reinforcement of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 95%

Section 4:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 95% (lower part)

Parking I zone:

• Backfilling, soil compaction, preparation of the area of the section for the installation of the power plate - 95%
• Reinforcement of concrete slab - 90%

Parking II zone:

• Reinforcement of concreting of vertical structures up to -0.000 - 90% (lower part)
• Reinforcement of concreting of the floor slab of the lower part of the building -1,500 – 50%
