Construction progress for July 2023

OLEGIV Podil from DIM is gaining momentum in construction! New club house in Podol with incredible views of the city panorama.

In July, the following works were carried out on the construction site:

Section 3:

• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 4.1 – 95%
• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 3.1 – 95%
• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 4.2 – 95%
• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 4.3 – 95%
• Waterproofing of grills 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 3.1 – 100%

Section 4:

• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 1 – 80%
• Reinforcement of piling - 90%
• Grill waterproofing 1 – 100%

Section 5:

• Reinforcement of piling, compaction planning and preparation for concreting - 75%

Parking:

• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 2.1 – 95%
• Reinforcement of concreting of monolithic grid 2.3 – 95%
• Reinforcement of concreting of the power plate of the parking lot of the 2nd part - 75%
• Waterproofing of grills 2.1, 2.3 – 100%
