Construction progress for June 2026

In June 2026, the following works were completed at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Façade installation — 58%;
• Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors — 100%;
• Finishing of common areas in accordance with the interior design project (3rd floor) — 60%;
• Plastering of common area walls on floors 2–8 — 95%;
• Façade installation on the terraces of the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors — 65%.

Section 2:

• Façade installation — 48%;
• Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 7th-floor terraces — 80%;
• Façade installation on the 7th- and 8th-floor terraces — 15%;
• Plastering of common area walls — 5%.

Section 4:

• Façade installation — 42%;
• Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 7th- and 8th-floor terraces — 90%.

Section 5:

• Installation of paving slabs (terrace flooring) on the 6th, 7th, and 8th-floor terraces — 90%;
• Installation of thermal insulation and reinforcement of ventilation shafts (roof-mounted ventilation shafts) — 95%.

Parking Garage:

• Installation of K1/K2 systems (stormwater drainage and sewer systems) — 90%;
• Brick masonry of walls and partitions — 100%;
• Brick masonry of the podium structure (lobby exit) — 95%;
• Installation of thermal insulation for the parking garage ceilings — 100%;
• Installation of water supply systems — 50%;
• Installation of expansion joints on vertical structures — 50%;
• Plastering of walls (elevator lobby, ventilation room, security room, and parking garage walls) — 80%;
• Surface preparation of ceilings for painting — 20%.
