Construction Progress – October 2026 Results

In October, we continued facade and interior works, as well as the installation and finishing of terraces and balconies. In Sections 1 and 5, we completed plastering the walls in common areas from the 1st to the 8th floor. In Sections 4 and 5, waterproofing of the first-floor terraces was completed. At the same time, we continued installing radiators in the apartments and working on the parking area's fire protection systems.

Here is a breakdown of the progress in each section.

Section 1

• Facade works are 75% complete, while facade works on the terraces of the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors are 77% complete.
• Finishing works in the common areas on the 3rd floor, in accordance with the interior design project, are 99% complete.
• Plastering of walls in common areas from the 1st to the 8th floor has been completed.
• Waterproofing of the first-floor terrace is 80% complete.
• Tile installation on balconies is 75% complete.
• Radiator installation in apartments is 80% complete.
• Delivery and preparation of balcony railings for installation are 25% complete.

Section 2

• Electrical network installation in common areas is 80% complete.
• Facade works on the terraces of the 7th and 8th floors are 75% complete.
• Tile installation on balconies is 50% complete.
• Delivery and preparation of balcony railings for installation are 25% complete.

Section 3

• Delivery and preparation of balcony railings for installation are ongoing, with 55% of the work completed.

Section 4

• Facade works are 52% complete.
• Waterproofing of the first-floor terrace has been completed.
• Tile installation on balconies is 10% complete.
• Delivery and preparation of balcony railings for installation are 15% complete.

Section 5

• Plastering of walls in common areas from the 1st to the 8th floor has been completed.
• Waterproofing of the first-floor terrace has been completed.
• Radiator installation in apartments is 80% complete.
• Tile installation on balconies is 20% complete.
• Delivery and preparation of balcony railings for installation are 25% complete.

Parking Area

• Installation of fire protection systems as part of the electrical installation works is 30% complete.

The building is gradually taking its final shape. Progress is already visible on the facades and balconies, while work on the engineering systems continues inside. We keep building and sharing the latest updates from the construction site with you.
