Moving forward — September results

In September, work focused on structural elements, engineering units, and preparing the premises for the next stages of construction. In particular, openings left after the installation of utility networks were concreted, access points for future maintenance were arranged, and layout modifications were carried out in accordance with the technical specifications.

Structures and floor slabs

• Following the installation of engineering networks, approximately 600 openings in the floor slabs were concreted.
• Additional concreting of the first-floor balconies in Section 1 was completed in accordance with the design solution.

Technical rooms and engineering networks

• In technical rooms, embedded elements were dismantled, openings were concreted, and the dimensions of technical openings made according to previous drawings were adjusted.
• On the floors of all five sections, inspection openings were enlarged to provide access to the K2 engineering networks and facilitate their maintenance.
• More than 20 metal elements were manufactured and installed, including embedded parts, frames for technical openings, and sleeves. The work was carried out in the pump room, individual heating substation, transformer substation, and other technical areas.

Section 3, first floor

In the premises near the archway, work was carried out on layout modifications and preparations for the construction of walls and partitions.

• In accordance with the technical specifications, brickwork, screed, and floor pipelines were dismantled.
• Brick, mortar, and blocks were delivered for the construction of walls and partitions despite restricted access for material delivery.

Construction progress also depends on work that later remains out of sight. These tasks create the foundation for the next stages and for the future maintenance of the building. We continue working and sharing the results with you.
