Construction progress for July 2025

In July 2025, the following works were completed at the construction site:

Section 1:

• Laying of cement-sand screed: 2nd floor - 98%, 4th floor - 30%
• Facade installation - 5%
• Sound insulation installation, flooring in apartments and waterproofing in bathrooms and balconies, as well as preparation for laying cement screed - 90%
• Installation of internal engineering systems for floor heating, water supply, electrical supply of low-voltage networks in apartments and common areas - 90%

Section 2:

• Masonry of external and internal partition walls: 8th floor - 80%, 7th floor - 95%, 6th floor - 95%, 4th floor - 95%
• Window installation: 4th floor - 95%
• Installation of water supply risers - 10%
• Masonry of chimney shafts on the roof - 95%

Section 3:

• Laying of cement-sand screed from 2nd to 8th floor - 95%
• Installation of internal engineering systems for water supply, sewage and storm drainage - 90%
• Installation of internal engineering systems for electrical and heat supply in apartments and common areas - 90%
• Sound insulation installation, flooring in apartments, waterproofing in bathrooms and balconies, as well as preparation for laying cement screed - 90%

Section 4:

• Masonry of external and internal walls: 2nd floor - 40%
• Sound insulation installation, flooring in apartments, waterproofing in bathrooms and balconies, as well as preparation for laying cement screed - 80%
• Installation of water supply risers - 30%

Section 5:

• Masonry of external and internal walls: 2nd floor - 95%
• Sound insulation installation, flooring in apartments, waterproofing in bathrooms and balconies, as well as preparation for laying cement screed - 70%
• Installation of internal engineering systems for electrical and heat supply in apartments and common areas - 70%
• Installation of internal engineering systems for water supply, sewage and storm drainage - 70%
